Butternut Squash OIAJ!

Now this is how you start your day!

Wake up before the sun rises...

Do a kick butt workout! Thanks Kendell Hogan!

Feast on a warm gooey jar of White Chocolate Wonderful with oatmeal topped with fresh roasted butternut squash, pumpkin pie spices and coconut flour!

Does it get any better than this? I think not. Wait...coffee is definitely involved too! Now it's time to take on Thursday!

Yes, I'm talking myself into a great Thursday since I'm super jealous that most of my friends are in New York right now (or heading there...including Tony tomorrow) for the New York Comic Con and I'm here! Oh well, I am definitely making the best of it!

Have a great one!

  1. That does look delicious. I like the combination of nut butter and sweet potato so I'm sure butternut squash is just as good. Happy Thursday! Almost the weekend.

  4. I love the idea of using butternut in overnight oats! I put it in smoothies all the time and it's fantastic. Can't wait to try this!

  5. I've never had OIAJ. I think this is because I never leave any pb in the jar - I literally scrape it clean!!! :)

  6. You are so cruel to flash that photo of White Chocolate Wonderful in front of me. So cruel.

I'll forgive you just this once :)

  7. Oh my -- what a fantastic idea! I love autumn and the abundance of squashes and gourds and colorful foods. And food in a jar = awesomeness.

  13. Okay, first of all, this is my FAVORITE peanut butter of all times! The one grocery store by me that used to carry it doesn't anymore (and once I ate WAY too much of it). :) I miss it! Now, with the coconut flour on top- do you just sprinkle it on? I want to try it! And LOVE the butternut squash idea with oats! Genious! This just made my afternoon! :)
