It's Friday!!! This is the last day I can take the kids to the water park, so we are heading out the door. We are leaving with this in our bellies! Waffles with brown sugar flax oatmeal ice cream!
It's a bowl of oatmeal without being a bowl of oatmeal. I did this last night as a treat and both of the boys piped in that they wanted it for breakfast. So, I was happy to send summer off with a party breakfast!
