Celiac Disease...
If life was not exciting enough...the illustrator was just diagnosed with celiac disease. I can assure you that there will be plenty of experimenting with wheat free foods now too. Good thing I find experimenting fun! Ugh, I am in total shock!!!

Sorry to hear. I've been newly introduced to that battle as well, plus an already diagnosed lactose intolerance. It's not a lot of fun, but I'm excited to see/share in your creativity! Best of luck!

Hang in there!! I can relate with the gluten-free stuff, so let me know if I can help at all.

Oh no! You are kidding?! I had no idea he was having foodie problems too.

Well, we are cooking / baking pretty well GF in our household so I will send any recipes that workout well your way! Of course, mine aren't always very low in fat though :)

Start reading the best gluten free blog out there-Gluten Free Girl. I love Shauna and she eats some yummy foods. I wish she wouldn't include so much cheese sometimes but she's a celiac not lactose intolerant. She has has plenty of great resources for those who are newly gluten free.

Ugh! Sorry to hear that. I'm sure you will come up with some gluten-free recipes as well though!

So sorry to hear this. However, I am very glad that red wine is apparently gluten free!
